The Electronic Interest Group recently organized an engaging Scribbler Robot Workshop at Republic Polytechnic on December 11, 2024, held in Laboratory W23D. The workshop ran from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This workshop provided students with an excellent opportunity to explore the field of robotics and programming while fostering creativity and problem-solving skills.

In the first part of the event, participants were introduced to drag-and-drop programming using the S2 graphical user interface (GUI). This user-friendly interface allowed students to grasp the fundamentals of programming without the need to write any code. Following the first session, a one-hour lunch break was held from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The second part of the workshop featured a competition where participants were challenged to program their Scribbler robots to draw a maze. The rules were simple: the team whose Scribbler robot drew the most accurate maze would win the competition and be awarded snacks as a prize.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all the students who attended and participated. We look forward to organizing more such events in the future to further promote learning, creativity, and innovation in the field of technology.
