Workshop: MAZE & Programming


In academic year2019, the first EHIG workshop 2019 was successfully held on 25th October 2019!

On that day, all the members in EHIG were invited for the workshop called ‘MZED & Programming’. This is a chance where all the member can learn about basic robot programming. The purpose of holding this workshop is to let our member have a basic understanding of how do we convert their idea to a language that the robot will understand. During the workshop, each participant was required to come out with something that they want the robot to draw (such as name, letter or sentence). After that, our EHIG committee had assisted them to coordinate the letter and import to the robot.

The material provided were:
·       S2 robot w/h marker pen
·       Graph paper
·       A4 paper for testing their program

Out members were divided into 3 teams. Each team is sharing one robot to test their program

We are immensely grateful to all the students who participated in our enlightening excursion to the LTA SG Mobility Gallery on December 11,2023.  It was a day filled with insight, exploration, and joy, as students immersed themselves in the innovative realm of land transport. The day was punctuated with activities that were as fun as they were thought-provoking.  The students gathered in teams to tackle various challenges, from conceptualizing sustainable transport solutions to engaging in simulations that showcased the impact of their ideas on the environment and society.
