On September 5, 2024, our electronic interest group had an incredible experience at the Singapore Science Centre, where we explored the fascinating world of science and technology. The day was filled with discovery, learning, and plenty of fun! The event began at 12:30 PM and concluded at 4:00 PM. Participants gathered at W13E in Republic Polytechnic, and everyone boarded the bus before 1:00 PM. With a little time of travel, we arrived at the Singapore Science Centre by 2:00 PM.

We kicked off our visit with a guided tour led by our enthusiastic EXCO members. We started with the Smart Nation Exhibits, followed by the Energy Story Exhibits. Both sections showcased the latest technological advancements and innovations shaping our future. The interactive displays allowed us to engage with the concept of smart cities and explore how technology can enhance our daily lives. The highlight of the tour was the Fire Tornado Show at 2:30 PM, where we watched magnificent flames spin in a towering vortex, with temperatures in the column of fire exceeding 600 degrees Celsius!

After the guided portion of the event, participants had the opportunity to explore the Science Centre at their own pace. We delved into several key exhibits, including the Climate Change Exhibits, Future Makers Exhibits, and the Tesla Coil Show.

Lastly, we would like to extend a huge thank you to all participants for making this event a success! We can't wait for our next adventure together—stay tuned for more exciting events and activities in the future!

We are immensely grateful to all the students who participated in our enlightening excursion to the LTA SG Mobility Gallery on December 11,2023.  It was a day filled with insight, exploration, and joy, as students immersed themselves in the innovative realm of land transport. The day was punctuated with activities that were as fun as they were thought-provoking.  The students gathered in teams to tackle various challenges, from conceptualizing sustainable transport solutions to engaging in simulations that showcased the impact of their ideas on the environment and society. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants who joined us for the remarkable workshop on June 16, 2023. The event proved to be an inspiring and enriching experience, where students delved into the world of technology by learning how to build an Arduino Bluetooth car and master coding skills. Throughout the workshop, the students were engaged in interactive sessions, fostering a strong sense of enthusiasm and curiosity. Witnessing their eagerness to explore and create was truly a joy for all of us involved.
